The only way to fix this is: Close WinCC Pro visualizations, Close the project and RT Start, then log out of the host workstation (this closes the RDP session). The visualization will still show all 4 monitors, but as soon as you click a window swap, the new window will apear on monitor 0, and then any window swaps after the reconnect will all replace on monitor 0 effectivly eliminating the multi monitor configuration. However, if you close the RDP session on the client side, and then relaunch and reconnect. When you click a window swap button, the proper monitor window is replace/swapped - everything works fine.

(Host = Win10 Workstation with WinCC Professional, Client = Win10 Workstation which we RDP from) Our problem lies in a bug with the multi monitor deployment with WinCC Professional I presume. We've recently moved our primary wincc visualization host to a cleaner environment and are using a thick client and windows remote desktop to RDP into the visualization host and control the plant.
